Teachers involved in a 1:1 pilot with iPads last year had great success with educreation and haiku, so I tried Lensoo create.  This summer I plan to try it for lesson plans.  I think it would work especially well for a flipped classroom lesson, students who missed class or need a lesson retaught, or maybe even lessons during snow days.
